1. Eligibility for Returns

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and original invoice must be included.
Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation are not eligible for return.

Products with physical damage not reported at the time of delivery
Customized or special-order items
Software, digital products, and warranties
Items without original packaging or missing accessories
3. Return Process

Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Once approved, you can ship the product back to our return address.
Return shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to our error.
After inspection, your refund or replacement will be processed.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after the returned product is inspected and approved.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Shipping charges and COD fees (if any) are non-refundable.
If the product fails inspection, the refund may be rejected or partially approved.
5. Replacement Policy
You may request a replacement if:
You received a defective, damaged, or wrong product.
You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof.
If the product is out of stock, we will offer a full refund or alternate product options.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the product is shipped, cancellations will be treated as returns.
